The owner Dave is so thoughtful and professional. You will feel like you have the best 5 star hotel concierge, with the finest of service. The rooms are updated and spacious so you feel like you are in a vacation home, not a hotel. The pool is the heart of the inn and gorgeous to walk out to each morning. You can walk anywhere you want to go with the perfect central location. This hidden gem is paradise and steps from the beach on the Gulfside.
My wife's parents were the original owners and when we rediscovered this beautiful motel a couple years ago we have become regulars. Beautiful beaches a block away from wonderfully clean and roomy efficicies apartments . Owner is gracious and maintains a well run site. Decades of regular visitors attest to this motel 's earned high ratings.
One of my favorite places to stay. The staff are great, very friendly. They have a nice swimming pool, and a BBQ grill you are permitted to use. The walk to the beach is very short and the proximity to the rest of St. Petersburg is fantastic. I have stayed here several times, and will stay here many more times. I highly recommend this nice little place.
3rd time back! Love this place, it's like staying at your friends place near the beach. Bar next door, beach 2 blocks away. Came with family, did a friends week, came for couples get away week. Love the owners, environment, and the people.
We have stayed at Gulf Tides twice over the years and it's one of the nicest cleanest places we've had the pleasure of. Dave greets all he's guests and informs them about everything from the room to the local places to eat. The beach is a two minute walk away and one of the nicest in Florida. we LOVE Gulf Tides and St Pete's beach
This is the cutest hidden gem on St. Pete Beach. Great pool, friendly staff and amazing location next to the Gulf of Mexico. Walking distance to more restaurants than you can count. The best sunsets in the world (and the beach) are a 90 second walk from your front door. Memories to last a lifetime! Would recommend to all.
This was our first time at Gulf Tides and we enjoyed our stay. Too bad the weather was to cold to enjoy the pool. It was raining with temps in the 40’s so we didn’t bother, even though the pool was heated. The staff and owners are fantastic people who are there to help. Great location and very close to the beach.
Our go-to motel on St Pete's Beach. Dave and Adele are amazing innkeepers and keep the place immaculately. Close to the beach with a great pool on site. Another great stay this year!
